Privacy Policy

Application details you provide - your name, contact information, trading background, markets you trade, and anything you share in your trader profile.

Read-only venue data. When you connect an exchange or DEX account, we receive read-only API keys or wallet addresses and use them solely to verify your trading volume and activity. We never receive withdrawal permissions and we cannot place trades on your behalf.

Account and usage data such as login activity, pages you visit, deals you open, and actions you take within the Chamber.

Technical data like your device, browser, and approximate location, collected automatically to keep the service secure and working.

Third-party embeds. Market data widgets on our pages (for example TradingView charts and tickers) set their own analytics cookies under their own privacy policies.

To review applications, operate the network, and match traders with the venues, deals and campaigns that fit them.

To calculate verified volume, Chamber Points, tiers and league standings from the venue data you connect.

To personalise what you see, including the platform directory, the deal board and the Global League.

To communicate with you about your account, deals, competitions, and changes to the service.

What partners see is aggregated and anonymised by default - volume bands, markets traded and region, never your name or your keys. Your identity is revealed to a platform only after you choose to take a deal or opt into an introduction.

Your profile is visible to other approved members of the Chamber. It is not public.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with service providers only as needed to run Trader Chamber, under confidentiality obligations.

We may disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our members.

You can review and update your profile at any time from your account.

You can disconnect any venue connection at any time. Disconnecting stops further volume verification from that venue; standings already earned are kept unless you ask us to remove them.

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account by contacting us.
